Suggested Use Simply spray under your tongue for quick relief Adults spray under the tongue. Children can spray this mild lemon flavored spray directly into the mouth. Adults use two to four sprays, or children (ages 4-12) use one to four sprays on to two times daily or at onset of symptoms. Repeat in 15 minutes if no response. You may repeat up to 4 times per day. May use more sprays if needed. Best results if used daily. If used for maintenance daily, the amount needed may decrease over time. Supplement Facts Equal parts Arsenicum album 3C HPUS, allium cepa 8X HPUS. Flavors and flavor enhancers (each less than .1%): eyebright extract, ginger powder, rosehips extract, matico powder, l-histadine, amino acid blend, coptidis, citric acid. Inactive ingredients: distilled water, vegetable glycerin, and potassium sorbate. The letter 'HPUS' indicate that the active ingredients in this product are officially monographed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. Ingredients: Active: Equal parts Arsenicum album 3C HPUS, Allium cepa 8 X HPUS. Inactive: Distilled Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate, and Natural Flavors. The spray under the tongue makes this a foolproof and quick acting allergy relief product. I wish more were available on the market.

What can I say but WOW! I was skeptical when I first buyed this but being a serious allergy sufferer I get desperate enough to try anything at times! I purchased this almost a month ago and have had NO PROBLEMS! Sometimes I can feel my sinus's tightening and swelling, so I just spray the Allergy Relief and the symptoms just go away! I love this stuff. I say stock up!

I have used this Allergy Relief, along with Dr. Frank's Muscle and Joint Pain Spray, for two years and have found both to help me more than any meds or supplements. It helps keep my sinuses unplugged. My husband also uses this and gets immediate relief from sneezing and runny nose when he mows the lawn. Definitely works wonders for us!
